Just remember no one is conparing you to anyone, especially not the old you. Only you do that. No one sees you the same way you see yourself, ur too hard on urself
I feel you. I'm sorry you are dealing with this. It is so hard. Remember that comparison (even to yourself) is the thief of joy. You probably don't want to hear that, I know I never do; but it's true and everyone needs to hear it.
