Ive been completely numb and apathetic for years now. It's freeing in many ways. I see it as a blessing oddly enough.

My therapist told me that my "Numbness" and "inability to feel emotions" is just my nervous system overloading because I feel everything so much more intense. Reflect and improve, stranger. All you can do. Sometimes things get better.
