This is really easier said than implemented. Also the nature of the argument makes it really hard to argue against since, well, who would be against punishing pedophiles harder, right? But still, I am fundamentally against the death penalty as a concept. If there was a "secure" way of punishing pedophiles harder than they often are punished then yes, that would be a good thing to do. But in my opinion, the choice should be longer jail sentences and other methods of punishment, not death.. As soon as this would be implemented, innocent people would suffer (just like innocent people getting killed due to the death penalty in the US in this day and age). And as unfair as this seems, human dignity applies to everyone without exception.

Sorry for the whole ahh essay, this is not arguing in favour of pedophiles, it's arguing in favour of the universal human right to live. (also making killing legal is literally just vigilantism)

Because there are a lot of more dangerous crimes and if we start kill people for any more or less dangerous for society crime it just wouldn't work and will not stop them because not measure of punishment interfere making a crime but inevitability
