im disgusted by myself. (im approx. 260lbs, female and 5'1 so rest assured im actually fat, not just larping) i have a wonderful boyfriend who lets me know he loves me, but i find it hard to conceptualize that my body could ever be seen as desirable. hes not a feeder either, hes stated many times that he will support my weight loss if i happened to want to do so, so i dont understand why he would stay with me if its not some kind of fetish. im also quite ugly in the face, acne on my cheeks (both pairs) and horrible facial harmony (if thats a thing).
we've been together over a year and a half, so i know this isnt some elaborate prank, but i want so badly for this feeling of inadequacy to fade. i dont want to hate myself anymore.

Acne sucks ass, and with the other stuff, I can understand how tough life must be.. I don't want to give unsolicited advice.. so, maybe take whatever I'm about to say as experience sharing or wtvr.
Posted on:1) I'd look into Isotretnoin/tretinoin. If you can go to a dermatologist, please do. This is not for "anti-aging" or whatever they say online. This is so that you don't end up with acne scars; the acne will most likely only get worse. :(
2) For weight, I can go on and on about how to lose it, but honestly you have to find your way. I beg you to not fall into weird ed stuff; try to stay healthy. Eventually you'll get there. Don't do it to be attractive only, but to be able to live healthily longer with your partner. Hospital beds are awful.
Lastly, throw that facial harmony bullshit out the window. Implementing changes to the other issues should be more than enough already. But, I understand that insecurity spreads easily. Stay strong, and appreciate your partner for being with you!
