I think I am a horrible person and the self loathing everyday is killing me. I am too ruined to help the ones that love me and need me, I can be quite toxic as well. I don't mean to, I don't want to, but no matter how hard I try I only escape it for a brief period until it returns again.

You can get through this. You deserve love and care as much as anybody else does, you may not be perfect but nobody is. Work hard and strive to be a better and nicer person each day, one step at a time and you'll get there. I believe in you. I hope your pillow is always your desired temperature on both sides every night! <3
