Guys I need a little help what are the laws surrounding emancipation without parental consent because I’m trying to help my sister get emancipated by the time I’m 18 she’ll by 16 by then we’re not being abused or hurt but we live in a toxic environment that’s caused a lot of trauma for us our plan is to get my sister emancipated and move 2 a different country that’s not to far away and live with our older sibling where we’ll have all our expenses covered our older sibling has been working on getting us out of the country for a while now but hasn’t been able to yet so this is the plan we came up with my excuse for leaving to my parents will be me going to college since I’ll be 18 by then, for extra details our dad used to us a lot when we were kids and we were kind of abused but not any more , I’m think that we’re in our current country illegally and my parents have done some bad things that were illegal I don’t have that many details though I hope u guys can help🙏🎀🥀
