I'm 26 and still a virgin, fumbled the only girl who was (presumably) genuinely interested by realising too late and she ghosted me 2 years ago. Dating apps are seemingly the only way to meet anyone in the modern day, but I'm also thinking I have slight trauma from previous experiences that makes me afraid to talk and get romantic with a woman (outside of generic introverted shyness).

Posted on:Whatever you do, don't blame yourself or anyone else because life is always hard for people, some more than others and in different ways.
Nobody's forcing you to do anything you're afraid of. Being hard on yourself is not the answer, it just shifts unnecessary weight onto your chest.
But, if nothing I or anyone else says will ever help you, just follow your gut. It knows more about you than your heart.
