My view on life:
The Bible is just figurative, not literal.
It holds many stories that teach us how to behave in society, what to expect in life, and how to react to grief and loss.
God, the geezer in the sky, to me isn't actually sentient. He wasn't begotten, nor can He beget. He is everywhere, and has created everything. To me, he's every atom in existence.
The ten commandments are the most important things anyone must ever remember in life.
Science is experimenting on things to deduce facts from the unknown.
Maybe there wasn't a big bang after all, because nobody can prove it.
Besides, I've established that matter is ever-present, meaning it cannot be created or destroyed. It was always there.
Consciousness is the hardest thing to explain. In my view:
There is no consciousness before birth, nor after death. So there is a creation time and a destruction time.
It allows a being to be independent from the raw logic of the universe.
But I'm an awkward guy irl
