I feel empty or superficial all the time, I ruminate, overthink and self-deprecate constantly. I'm sick of people trying to get me to be myself. I literally can't. My sympathy rates are high, but my empathy is medium to low, a self-test online said.

They're the questions going around my head whenever I even think of anyone else. I don't want to hurt people but just in case they betray me or my family I plot a very creative death for them in the back of my mind every time we meet.
Due to zero betrayals so far, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Your not a monster and it’s okay to be nervous I experience it too and also you should love yourself self and you are better than other people and it’s normal to feel like this it’s part of psychology and it’s your brain that makes you feel that way and love yourself man and be safe.
