I am in a relationship with a girl and I scared to tell my parents bc they prob homophobic but I don't want to lose them or lose my gf. I am scared that I have to choose between my family and being me. I just want to be happy

you will find people who love you no matter who you love. Don’t settle for the bare minimum. You don’t have to tell them but don’t feel guilty either
Posted on:DONT LISTEN TO THE OTHER COMMENT. You are dealing with a huge choice, and I want you to know that you are very strong. I’m sure your girlfriend understands what you are going through and wants to help. But remember: You never, NEVER have to come out to anyone that is homophobic. Of your parents would force you to end your relationship, or treat you worse, then you have every right to never tell them. You are allowed to keep this from them to keep yourself safe, but if you want to come out to them, then go ahead!! It is your choice and your choice alone. There is nothing wrong with being queer, and don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.
